ProQuest Appoints Tiffany Williamson as Vice President of Operations

In support of delivering a superior customer experience, ProQuest appointed Tiffany Williamson as Vice President of Operations for Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience. In this new role, Williamson will drive strategy and operations excellence across sales and marketing, with a particular focus on aligning ProQuest’s businesses creating an integrated approach to the market.

In support of delivering a superior customer experience, ProQuest appointed Tiffany Williamson as Vice President of Operations for Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience. In this new role, Williamson will drive strategy and operations excellence across sales and marketing, with a particular focus on aligning ProQuest’s businesses creating an integrated approach to the market. In addition, Williamson will lead a team dedicated to segment strategy, ultimately delivering greater value and enhancing the customer experience.

Williamson comes to ProQuest from LexisNexis, where she was general manager of a workflow solutions business. In that role, she led product strategy and acquisition integration, implemented a multi-faceted customer retention plan and led day-to-day operations during a period of high growth in the business. During her tenure at the company, which spanned more than a decade, she also held leadership roles in strategy and market planning, and all aspects of product management.

Williamson holds a JD and certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Pepperdine University School of Law, and a BA in Speech Communications from Colorado State University. She is also certified in Pragmatic Marketing.
