Serials Solutions Welcomes Michael Platt as new Library Support Director

2007 news release announcing Michael Platt's appointment as Serials Solutions as director of Library Support. Platt joined Serials Solutions with over 15 years experience in the software and network communications industry.

Jane Burke, vice president and general manager of Serials Solutions, a business unit of ProQuest CSA, is pleased to announce that Michael Platt has joined Serials Solutions as director of Library Support.  Platt comes to Serials Solutions with over 15 years experience in the software and network communications industry. 

In addition to serving as a member of the Serials Solutions executive team, Michael Platt will guide strategy and planning for the Library Support group.  This is the division within Serials Solutions that provides customization and implementation services and ongoing support to current Serials Solutions clients.  Library Support also provides webinars and consulting services to users for all products within the Serials Solutions 360 suite of services.
