Manchester University Press Ebooks Now Available in the Rialto™ and OASIS® Marketplaces

Through ProQuest, librarians can acquire more than 2,000 humanities and social sciences titles from renowned university publisher

CAMBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM, November 16, 2021 – Librarians can now use the ProQuest Rialto and OASIS digital marketplaces to directly acquire thousands of ebook titles published by Manchester University Press.

Founded in 1904, Manchester University Press is an integral part of the UK’s prestigious University of Manchester. The publisher is known globally for high-quality publications in the humanities and social sciences, featuring both well-known authors and up-and-coming scholars from around the world.

Manchester University Press’s recently published award-winning ebook titles include Women art workers and the Arts and Crafts movement (winner of the 2021 Women’s History Network Book Prize 2021), Britain’s ‘brown babies’ (winner of the 2021 Social History Society Book Prize), Deporting Black Britons (winner of the 2021 BSA Philip Abrams Memorial Prize) and Bordering Britain (winner of the 2021 SLSA Theory & History prize).

Librarians can choose ebooks and streaming video from a rapidly growing number of platforms within their usual ordering workflow, simplifying the ordering and invoicing process.
