GradShare (www.gradshare.com), the premier online graduate school support community developed by ProQuest, has been redesigned to highlight the most relevant information and timely discussions for grad students. Since launching in early 2009, GradShare has provided a platform for discussions on numerous graduate school challenges, from choosing a thesis advisor to writing a dissertation. The new and improved website offers a single location where students can access the information they need to stay current on graduate education -- creating a one stop resource for the graduate school community.

In addition to timely discussions and insightful articles, GradShare continually gathers news on the most significant developments in graduate education. All of the most important graduate school news is covered in GradShare 360, and author Dora Farkas also blogs about perennial themes such as careers after grad school and funding a dissertation. New features include a site wide search and a live Twitter feed, ensuring that users can quickly find the information they need, as well as stay abreast of GradShare updates and announcements.

“Our aim with the new design is to help students get better access to resources that they need in order to get their degree,” explains GradShare Community Manager Jeff Lang, “and while the appearance may have changed with the improved layout, our approach remains the same – we offer a platform where graduate students can help each other succeed.”
