Serials Solutions Enhances Reporting Functionality for the 360 Counter E-Resource Assessment Service

Serials Solutions announced today enhanced reporting for the Serials Solutions® 360 Counter e-resource assessment service that allows libraries to better report on cost-per-use and showcase collection development decisions.

Serials Solutions announced today enhanced reporting for the Serials Solutions® 360 Counter e-resource assessment service that allows libraries to better report on cost-per-use and showcase collection development decisions. 360 Counter reports now feature an improved user interface and functionality that allows librarians to build and save reports, share custom reports with colleagues, and create visually dynamic and interactive dashboards.

“During these difficult economic times, librarians need better tools to demonstrate their accountability, defend their expenditures and make difficult collection decisions,” says Susan Golden, Senior Product Manager for 360 Counter. “With our newly enhanced reporting functionality, librarians can tell a compelling story about the cost and use of their library’s digital resources and better illustrate the effectiveness of their purchasing decisions.”

Serials Solutions 360 Counter reporting enhancements include new user interface with improved icons and simplified navigation, functionality for building and saving custom reports, new report sharing options, new textual and graphical reports, and the ability to export charts and graphs in PDF format.

The 360 Counter reporting enhancement is free to all 360 Counter subscribers.
