An update on ProQuest and the Primo discovery service
As announced in January, ProQuest is cooperating with Ex Libris in order to improve research workflows. We’re happy to report that the first phase of this multi-phased approach, to make the full-text and metadata of ProQuest’s most widely used content offerings discoverable in Ex Libris products, is underway
In case you missed it a few weeks back, we announced that ProQuest’s most widely-used databases have been indexed in the Ex Libris Primo Central Index of scholarly electronic resources, making the content easily discoverable via the Ex Libris Primo discovery service (read the press release here).
Among these are our most important resources, including ProQuest Central, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global, the ProQuest SciTech Collection, and many historical digital collections such as Early English Books Online and Periodicals Archive Online.
