What's New

  • New ‘Chat with a Document’ enhancements include:
  •      • Reference links in responses to user chat questions show where in the document’s full text
  •        Research Assistant found the information used to answer. This allows users to read the context
  •        for themselves and validate or verify the response.
  •      • Suggested follow-up questions with Chat responses help users continue exploring the
  •        document after Research Assistant responds to a query, guiding their next interactions with
  •        Research Assistant.
  • All Research Assistant features are now available on Dissertations bringing the value of these features to Dissertations while creating a more consistent user experience across Dissertations and other document types.
  • Research Assistant now remembers interactions for the full session so users do not lose work if they navigate away from a document or move between document and metadata views. Users’ interactions as well as chat conversations and triggered features remain available throughout the session.
