ProQuest Names Robert VanHees Chief Financial Officer

ProQuest has named Robert VanHees as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

ANN ARBOR, MI, February 28, 2017 – Robert VanHees has joined ProQuest as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s financial functions, including financial operations, accounting, procurement, treasury, taxation and investor relations.

"Robert’s experience and abilities will make him a significant contributor to ProQuest’s ongoing success," said Kurt Sanford, ProQuest CEO. “We’re delighted to have his strong operational and financial leadership across our enterprise."

Mr. VanHees joins ProQuest from JLL Partners, a private equity firm, where he was an Operating Partner for five years, partnering with management to oversee strategy and operations of a variety of portfolio companies. Prior to that, he served as CFO of the Learning Care Group, a child care and early education provider. Earlier in his career, he was CFO for Corporate Express North America and Corporate Express Europe, served as a Controller, and held several roles in financial planning and analysis, treasury, and audit functions.

Mr. VanHees earned his B.A. in Accounting and an MBA at Michigan State University. He is based in ProQuest’s Ann Arbor office.
