CHICAGO, IL, December 14, 2016 – Ex Libris®, a ProQuest company, is pleased to announce that Harvard Library has chosen the Ex Libris Alma® library management service as part of the Library’s strategy to support research, teaching, and learning. “One of the strategic objectives we have at Harvard Library is to enable effective access to the world of knowledge and data through intuitive discovery, networks of expertise, and global collaborations,” explained Sarah Thomas, Vice President for the Harvard Library, University Librarian, and the Roy E. Larsen Librarian for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. “Alma is a robust platform that brings us the functionality, ease of use, and cloud services that will help us reach our immediate objectives and our long-term goals.”
