The Summon Service Leads Students to Better Research Outcomes at York County Community College
Seattle, WA, October 30, 2013 - York County Community College has selected the Summon discovery service and 360 Link to help lead their students to better research outcomes. In pursuit of a solution to make its entire collection discoverable via a single search interface, the university is working with Serials Solutions®, a ProQuest® business, to help connect students to the library’s new resources.
"We had begun to acquire so many cool new products it was getting difficult to direct our students to them all. Not only does Summon give our students access to all of the products, but as an instructor I can use the Summon interface to highlight the specific kinds of resources we want our students to be using," comments Amber Tatnall, Library Director.
