Five ProQuest Resources named Outstanding Academic Titles by Choice Magazine
Five of ProQuest's research solutions were named Outstanding Academic Titles for 2007 by Choice magazine, a publication of the American Library Association. CSA Illustrata: Natural Sciences, Early English Books Online (EEBO), African American Poetry (1760-1900), Twentieth Century African American Poetry and Gerristen Collection were deemed "highly recommended" or "essential" by Choice.

According to Choice, this year's Outstanding Academic Titles list includes 597 print titles and 49 electronic resources chosen by the editorial staff from the 7,094 titles reviewed this past year. These outstanding works have been selected for their excellence in scholarship and presentation, as well as the significance of their contribution to the field - often their first treatment of their subjects.
