Data on Demand reports now includes subject headings

March 2 – We’re excited to announce that you can use Data on Demand to generate a report of your library’s holdings that includes subject headings. As a result, you can now select one of three report formats in the Client Center when generating a Data on Demand report:

• Standard CSV
• CSV with subjects in one column
• CSV with subjects in multiple columns

Developed in response to client requests, the addition of subject headings adds to the detailed information already included in the default CSV report: Journal Title, ISSN, Start Date, End Date, Resource and URL.

You can then select your preferred encoding, Latin-1 or UTF-8, and choose your preferred report format.

Your Data on Demand report will be displayed on the page when it is available for download.
