ProQuest Interface (www.proquest.com) A/B test - June 11
We will be running an A/B test on the ProQuest interface on June 11 from 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM EST. The purpose of this test is to gather analytics and validate some of the improvements planned for the new user interface
In the coming months, we are planning to update the ProQuest user interface (www.proquest.com), with plans for the new design driven by feedback from researchers around the world. We'll be communicating more details soon, so subscribe to this blog to learn more.
In the meantime, we want to let you know we will be running an A/B test on the ProQuest interface on June 11 from 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM EST. The purpose of this test is to gather analytics and validate some of the improvements planned for the new user interface.
What does this mean for me and my users?
An A/B test is a randomized experiment method used by web developers to test different versions of a website (or other elements) in real time. In this case, 20% of traffic will be diverted to the beta version of the ProQuest interface during the testing period, while all others (80%) will see the current interface.
