Serials Solutions Summon™ Service Continues to Expand Content with Swedish Publisher BTJ

Serials Solutions®, a business unit of ProQuest® LLC, today announced it has signed an agreement with BTJ to enable the discovery of their ArtikelSök® resource from the Summon™ web-scale discovery service.

SEATTLE – November 16, 2011 – Serials Solutions®, a business unit of ProQuest® LLC, today announced it has signed an agreement with BTJ to enable the discovery of their ArtikelSök® resource from the Summon™ web-scale discovery service. With the inclusion of metadata for the over 2 million items including articles from 12 Swedish newspapers and 440 periodicals, researchers now will be able to discover high quality Swedish-language materials alongside their library’s other resources to gather the most relevant information for their projects.

BTJ has 70 years of experience in making information available to libraries through their effective search services. These services make it possible to search various media and gain access to newspaper and magazine articles.  BTJ also offers a database focused on poetry which includes 28,000 Swedish poems; bibliographic services to help libraries build and maintain their library catalogs; as well subscription services to assist in the management of newspaper and magazine subscriptions.
