Serials Solutions Launches New Online Community for Clients

Serials Solutions is pleased to announce the launch of the Serials Solutions Online Community.

Serials Solutions is pleased to announce the launch of the Serials Solutions Online Community. The new Web-based service provides clients of Serials Solutions e-resource access and management services with a community they can use to interact with other Serials Solutions customers, collaborate on projects, share best practices, exchange thoughts, and suggest innovative development ideas. The community features forums, discussion boards, private messaging, RSS feeds, and more.

“The Online Community is important for us to meet the diverse needs of our ever-growing, worldwide client base,” says Michael Platt, Director of Library Client Services at Serials Solutions. “The library market is very collaborative and librarians around the world are curious how other librarians are fulfilling their needs with Serials Solutions services. This community gives our customers the chance not just to be closer to Serials Solutions staff, but especially, to be closer to each other.”

The Online Community enables Serials Solutions subscribers to participate directly in the development process and provides a vehicle to offer instant feedback on service enhancements. It also enables Serials Solutions Library Services staff to directly engage with customers regarding planned developments, updates, and future enhancements.

Current subscribers can access the Serials Solutions Online Community through the Support Center by clicking on “Online Community.”
