OASIS is an online ordering platform used by academic librarians responsible for selecting and acquiring content for use by patrons. OASIS streamlines workflows by resolving common pain points for all academic libraries. Acquisition librarians use OASIS to review the alternate formats, licensing and platform options before placing orders. Through EDI and APIs, information in OASIS can flow electronically into the Ex Libris Higher-Ed cloud platform and other systems.
