Based on customer feedback, we recently launched a new Flow feature that lets users comment on annotations as long as they have access privileges. Flow users will now see a “Write a comment” field under their annotations for conveniently jotting down notes and ideas. (Note that deleting the annotation will delete any comments connected to it.)
We’ve also made a number of enhancements to the Flow interface for tablet and smartphone device users. The icons and menus are now much easier to navigate.
Improvements include:
>> A new “+” icon displays all options for importing reference and documents into the Flow library
>> In addition to dragging and dropping, clicking on the “Folder” icon lets users easily add selected >> references to specific collections
>> The “Trash” icon lets users remove references and documents for specific collections or delete them completely
>> The “More” icon allows users to share collections, create a bibliography, export references, find duplicates and customize citation styles
