Serials Solutions has developed 360 Counter pre-filtered accreditation reports to ease the workload associated with gathering statistics for annual reporting purposes. These accreditation reports add to the other 360 Counter Consolidated Reports and further simplify the process for libraries to quickly and easily aggregate, load, analyze and report on usage data received from COUNTER-compliant reports.

As part of this development, we have created the following special templates for ACRL reporting purposes.

  • ACRL Question #18: Number of successful full-text article requests (journals) - from JR 1 and JR2 reports
  • ACRL Question #19: Number of regular searches (databases)  - from DB1 and DB3 reports)
  • ACRL Question #20: Number of regular searches (federated)  - from DB1 and DB3 reports)

We can further work with libraries to create and add more pre-filtered accreditation reports, while also teaching libraries how to create custom reports to address their specific use cases.

Contact us for more information or a demonstration of how you can improve and simplify usage statistics reporting at your library.
