Birmingham City University Library eLibrary team is keeping their blog readers up to date on progress with posts about their research, planning and development of training materials as they introduce the Summon® service. Early in September, they stealthily released the Summon search box on their intranet before making it live on their homepage later in the month. Take a look at the tools they’ve developed to help their students, staff and faculty including a user guide, an FAQ, and training sessions for staff.
