Meet Helle Lauridsen! Helle holds a library degree from Royal Library School, Copenhagen and worked in a variety of capacities within the library industry before joining the Serials Solutions team in 2008. Currently, Helle works as a Regional Client Relationship Manager based in Denmark.
Library degree from the Royal library school in Copenhagen with part of my internship spent at Trinity College Dublin. College librarian for two years and then 17 years head of the Chemistry library at the University of Aarhus. Head of Electronic Resources and Acquisition at the Aarhus State and University library. Joined CSA in 2006.
Our customers and the rapid move of development in libraries today, I also love being part of a company which works on the edge of innovation thus facilitating development for the entire sector.
That more and more students are using the library services and that the transition from print on physical shelves to almost unlimited electronic content available wherever you are, makes the libraries blossom and thrive.

This is the most difficult question of all as I see so many wonderful libraries. But no matter how beautiful the buildings and how well appointed the reading areas are, I think what makes a lasting impression is always the people working there, the visions and the hard work of making straining budgets go that little extra to provide a service which unobtrusively supports the quality of the entire institution.
