Clients get the latest news about knowledge updates and database changes as well as newly added providers and databases in our Support Center.
E-books are increasingly an important part of libraries collections and in support of this trend, we continue to work on our E-book Normalization Project in order to increase usage and ROI for e-books. Since May 9, 2012 our team has created over 23,000 new authority title records for e-books and added additional normalizers for over 67,000 e-book holdings. Normalization improves e-book results in our 360 services and provides users more consistent and streamlined access to e-books.
