E-books are increasingly an important part of libraries collections and in support of this trend, we continue to work on our E-book Normalization Project in order to increase usage and ROI for e-books. Since May 9, 2012 our team has created over 23,000 new authority title records for e-books and added additional normalizers for over 67,000 e-book holdings. Normalization improves e-book results in our 360 services and provides users more consistent and streamlined access to e-books.
Title-level URLs for the American Society of Civil Engineers’ ASCE Library will soon be changing as they migrate from the Scitation platform to the Atypon platform.
Titles from the American Society for Clinical Pathology are now hosted and currently available on the Highwire platform. These titles associated with the MetaPress platform will be removed and hidden.
Brill has not yet moved its content from the IngentaConnect platform to its new platform, BrillOnline.com, so removing and deactivating Brill titles with Ingenta as provider has been postponed.
