During the COVID19 pandemic, we have taken great care to ensure employee’s safety and wellbeing. Many of our employees are able to carry on their work from their homes and have done an incredible job attending to our customers' needs. We take pride in the level of communication and planning that has been rolled out to support our team members and users. Here are the pillars of our employee-focused response:

  • Maintain our team’s health, safety, and wellbeing as our top priority… this is at the forefront of every decision
  • Keep the focus on our customers…. the vast majority of our global team is able to work from home without skipping a beat
  • Communicate frequently to keep our team informed and engaged… senior leaders frequently send email updates and host town halls
  • Offer support and resources… help our team adapt to this “new normal” with flexible work schedule options, employee assistance program (free access to mental health professionals), training, webinars, resources for parents, etc.

In addition to supporting our global employees, we are giving back to our community. This has always been an important part of who we are and we’re proud of our $50,000 donation made to Doctors Without Borders. We’re making this contribution in sympathy and support of our colleagues who have lost family members to COVID-19 and in honor of the heroic health care providers all over the world who are on the front lines of this crisis.
